I had bought this chain.. It broke within a week. After sending it for exchange after giving all the proof they did not exchange the product saying its an imported product and they will not exchange.. They blamed me for the fault of their product quality.. Never ordering again from them ever. The person who spoke to me was extremely rude and said post where ever you want, I do not care. Really bad customer service.

1. The product was delivered to you in perfect condition.

2. We offer 7 Days Returns & 15 Days Exchange Policy, however, that is only applicable if you are unhappy with a product or if there has been a defect in the product from our end. Once we receive that product and if it is in the same unused condition that we sent it to you in, we are happy to offer a full refund.

This policy is not applicable for products which are used and broken due to rough wear and tear by a customer (We investigated your product and found signs of force being applied to it which led to the breakage of the chain).

3. Our customer support representative offered to repair the item at 'NO ADDITIONAL COST' instead of the regular charges of Rs.350, as per company policy. The same was accepted by you.

4. Following this, we repaired the product and delivered it back to you in it's original condition.

5. After receiving the product you are writing this review and uploading old pictures of broken product, which we have already fixed.

We understand the importance of honest reviews and we value your input. However, we would appreciate respectful communication with our customer service team. We have tried our best to rectify your issue. Hope this helps clarify any other doubts you have.
