Hi Dhanpal, extremely sorry for the inconvenience. We were upgrading our Return & Exchange module on our website and hence we had kept up a social media story as well mentioning same. We were handling same manually for 2 days.

Finishing and packaging is perfect. Just a small suggestion, grove should be till end. Coz of low thickness of ear , I can’t able to tighten up. I feel it’s little bit costly. But overall it’s perfect .
