Urgent: Defective Ear Stud – Loose Back Thread Issue

I recently purchased an ear stud from your store, and within just a few days of normal use, the back thread has become loose. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering it’s a new item and should meet basic quality standards.

I expected much better durability from your product. A faulty thread not only makes it unusable but also puts it at risk of falling off and getting lost — which defeats the purpose of buying a secure stud.

Please look into this matter urgently and provide a replacement or a proper solution. I believe in fair customer service, and I hope your team will resolve this without delay.
