While the design is amazing, the finishing of this pendant is extremely poor - with scratches and smudges all over. IF you are considering buying from Orionz - skip anything that is manufactured in India. The quality control is non-existent.

Thank you for your valuable and constructive feedback. I have personally looked into this and figured out the issue. It is actually the high gloss black polish, which is a finger print magnet. That is what is causing it to look as such.

Unfortunately with anything of high gloss finish such things can not be avoided. Same with glass surface. It is unavoidable.

As per our policy we are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange as per your need.

We will try experimenting with matte finishes in our future products.
