SHIPPING POLICY

 

Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on PREPAID orders within India. For all Cash on Delivery orders within India, we charge a nominal fee of ₹100. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.

Orders usually ship within 1-3 days of placement. In the event that the item(s) are being customised, please allow up to 10 days for your order to ship. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions, custom clearance processes, and courier company caused delay delivery time.

 

International Shipping

We are able to ship internationally. The amount charged depends on your country of purchase and will be calculated at checkout. All orders above ₹16,500 / USD 200 are applicable for Free International Shipping.

For our International customers, after your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered via the following carrier.

  • BLUE DART
  • ARAMEX
  • UPS
  • INDIA POST

The shipping charges for our international customers are charged at the time of order checkout.

 

Insurance

ORIONZ insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by ORIONZ and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

 

Taxes & Duties

For all domestic orders (within India) taxes and duties have already been included in the product price.

All International orders ship from India. Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to custom charges please contact your local customs office.

 

Delivery Time

Please note that Delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Average processing time is 1-3 business days (not including weekends).
Average international standard delivery is 15-21 working days*.
Average international express shipping is 5-7 working days.

*For Standard Delivery, some countries take longer due to customs clearances and you should allow up to 28 days depending on the country.
